Quick question: I'm filling out the DS-260 I petitioned for my mum and my question is when I get to the family section that asks about children do I list all her children including myself even tho no one is immigrating with her?

Yes. You include everyone in there, you and your sister/brother. And I remember that they also ask their address as well, so you should prepare it first to easy filling out.

I've case complete today...so happy I'm waiting for the day of interview . i hope my Mom will be interviewed in August

It takes 30 to 45 days to process. Do you should've got a cc by now. Call them and see what's going on?

Do you know how long the case complete after I submitted the whole package in April 27? and then 2 weeks later, NVC sent 2 email and stated they are processing my cases.

For me, I need your help for form I864

1. part 6 numb 2 ask current annual income, so I put the one expect, take per hour x 1 week x 52 ? and I also use my hus income, and put the same way I did, and added together in number 15

2. part 6 numb 19a-c, I jointed tax with spouse, so I put the total adjust gross number on IRS form, is it right?

Finally, the total of current income is higher than the gross income on IRS, is it ok?

With other questions:

1 I printed the cover sheet with barcode of AOS along with I 864

2 But what does the cover sheet with barcode of IV fee goes with as DS 260 we need submit online, no more DS 230 paper like before?

3 Should I put the document cover sheet (NVC provided in mail) in the top, and second one will be barcode cover sheet of AOS, then form I864?

yesterday I received letters from NVC included case number inside and they received my case 03/1

So in 2 weeks after we got notice approval from uscis.

Congrats to those who got approval. This month is ours. We go together for the next steps.

Today I was working and I received 2 text messages i thought it was from my friend but found out that both my petitions have been approved. I'm so happy.

Now what is the next step and what documents did you have to provide to USCIS?

Hello, I just received 2 of letters approval letter for my parents, 5,5 months. I did sign up email and text, but dont receive anything, just a letter

Happy Valentine day. Good news on Saturday 13th I got one of two I-130 for my parents already approved by potomac. Now transferred to NVC.

I sent I-130 on September 9th

PD September 14th

Transferred to potomac on November 10th

Approved February 13th.

Still waiting for second one maybe next week. Good luck everyone.

uhm huh. I filed in Aug, still nothing since was transferred to Potomac.

Why were we transferred to this new center if we were going to wait this long ANYWAY??? Ugh Im an october filer, and all i see is august and september filers getting approved....T_T when will it be october's turn?

I know, the same waiting, but why that is us? So tired.
