It can be $50 - $200+ according to the doctors around my area. My asawa got the same as yours and I'm going to take my chance and submit as is. If we get RFE then I'll go to CS.

The CS we went to were willing to just do the vaccine transcription for i-693 form. He charged us $60. If i were you, I'd check out the huge thread on here about CS that wont rip you off, or start calling around your area and see.

is there a CS that is hired by USCIS or you can see any CS?

Thanks everyone! He send me a I-134 with his signature three weeks ago but there are errors.. My first name is Q___ Lyn, middle name is A___ and last name is L____. The problem is he put the "Lyn" on my Middle name. So is it okay that i will just put correction tape and correct it?

Im from Iloilo city,Philippines and my fiance (petitioner) is from Colorado,US.. its his first time to do this.. so what we are doing is research and read all the info about this..my letter and G325 a form together with my passport size pic (signed and date)are ready to send but the FILING ADDRESS is the Problem..after receiving my paper he can send the packet to the filing location.This can help.. thank you so much Gregory!
