Didn't receive scan date via email. Called and confirmed that NVC received my docs on April 11th.

Just got off the phone with uscis officer... I explained that the case was transferred to potomac for faster processing, but people who's petitions stayed at california got approved within 2 months... she just said wait another 30 days and if i don't receive any updates by then, open a service request. fml.
