Who does the Title section belong to? Is it Petitioners or Witness?

I am beneficiary. My NVC process completed. My consular sent me e-mail about interview and ask me Selective Service Registration. I really confused about this. I am not citizen or immigrant yet. What is Selective Service Registration??? Please look photos.

After months, I realized I was making a terrible mistake. 
I answered 'No' to the question of 'Have you attended any educational institutions 
as a secondary level or above?' in the IV form. 
But I am a highschool graduate. My case was completed by NVC. 
I can not change that, the replacement period is already over. 
I have an interview in 1-2 months.

Do they make a problem in the interview?

I wrote the university which is my current education level in IV form. Would that be enough by itself?

Before my AOS section seemed PAID. But now it seems N/A as you can see in the picture.

What does it mean?

Is my case completed?

My visa section is IR-2. NVC review took 9 weeks for my case despite they said ''It will take 4-6 weeks''.

After 9 weeks, they sent a checklist cover letter about missing and mistake documents (I-864).

I sent everything what they want.

How long does it take? Will I wait another 9 weeks for review?

I sent my new documents yesterday.

My visa section is IR-2. I sent my documents to NVC 8 weeks ago but NVC didn't notify me.

Firstly They said It will take 2-4 four weeks. After 4 weeks I sent a inquiry e-mail, They said me that ''It will take 6 weeks''.

Last Monday I sent a inquiry e-mail again but NVC didn't notify me yet.

It will be the same person The agent section in DS-261 form and AOS sponsor? or It can be ordinary person as me or my father?

I didn't complete steps in order. Firstly I paid fees and gave packages to NVC. I haven't filled DS-261 and DS-260 because I still need some information.

Does this situation cause problem?

I waited 5 months for USCIS approved(NOA2)

my case sent to department of state 2 days ago. (NVC process)

my case was finally accepted in USCIS(NOA2) and sent to the department of state. My USC father in USA. I'm abroad.(I-130 U21 child)

My first question is: Is there anything I have to do on NVC process?(DS-261, DS-260, AOS package, IV Package)

or my father do everything like USCIS process?

My second question: If NVC want supporting documents, which documents I have to sent? Same documents in USCIS process???

Firstly, I waited 6 months and USCIS mailed me request for additional evidence notice.

My father sent my documents and my case status became ''Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received'' on May 10, 2016

How long does it take? Will I wait 6 months again for approval notice?

(I-130 For U21 child (minor child) of US Citizen)

My father mailed my Request for additional evidence documents to USCIS ten days ago. But receival notice about my response didn't come to him. My status still ''Request for Additional Evidence Was Mailed''. Will the status directly be approve or deny?

uscis sent RFE mail to my father. they want that evidence for I am ''me'' (this is ridiculous). Which documents do you suggest I have to take?

footnote: I'm 20 years old. It is not possible to get a birth certificate. What do you suggest instead?
