Hello everyone i have a big problem. I bring my now husband from Tunisia though the K1 and well i am very embarrassed to say this but he is going out with friends every night females as well . Also he is been laying to me. I think he used me for a green card. He doesn't go out with me anymore and he appears as single on social media. He is currently waiting for his work permit. I need advice to know how to cancel the change if status and do an annulment of my marriage please someone help me please I'm going though a lot now thank you in advanced

My fiancee and i continue to wait for the interview date and our NOA2 expires on 08/13/2016. I have not gotten no package from the Tunisian consulate yet nor any letter with instructions as what the next step is to schedule an interview. Getting pretty nervous now.!!!! Today i send an email to the consulate and I have a question for everybody the email says they will answer to me in 3 business days, but also atached to it is some extra information that says {if you require a routine service please make n appointment below} then it gives me a link for non-immigrant appointments http://www.ustraveldocs.com/tn/tn-niv-appointmentschedule.asp....... My question is..... what is a routine service? also,,, Should i wait for the so call package or letter from the the embassy to proceed with our case.? or Is this the website where my fiancee should schedule his interview to proceed with our case.?.... please i need some answers, our case expires on 08/13/2016 if someone knows the answer i will truly appreciate your help... thank you in advanced everybody

Also what do i put on my own I-134 where is asking me what do i do i put where is asking me (i am employed in the business of, type business and with, name of company? do i put unemployed? omg

hello everybody. everything was great until i got terminated from my job. i was told i can use a sponsor but you see, i wasn't prepared for this... I did get an employee letter from my previous employer before i was let go. and now i dont know what to do.. I asked a friend to help me be the sponsor and he said yes. he makes 45000.00 a year and has a wife and 2 kids. can someone give me some advice?.. i really need some help.. i just got my case number from the NVC that says is ready to schedule for the interview. however, i have not gotten any package or letter or e-mail giving me instructions of what to do next..... thank you everybody in advance for taking the time to help me... :')

Hello everybody hope everyone is ok.. Just when every thing is going smooth i end up loosing my job. I did requested my previous employer for the letter proving employment how much i make and position held etc. and received it, but unfortunately i am not employed anymore. I know i need a job to prove i can support my future husband but omg what do i do now?. i lost my job 7 days ago. please I need advice of what to do, and how to do it please? I just got the NOA2 On april 15-2016 :'( i feel desperate.

please i am confused some people say it does need to be send with the package and some other people say later at the interview..... please can u tell me and guide me i havent send my package due to this cz i am so confuser wheather i have to send t before or after,..... plssssss

please i just need help with something i thought i was ready to send the file which i just finished last week ready to send and did notice that there is a form I-134 affidavit of support...... Oh my God someone please tell me if i have to fill this form and send it with the complete file of the k-i visa i-129f package or do i have to send this later after they request it ????? please some one plzzz
