DS260 submitted and Paid.
frankjhen01 posted a topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
i130 spouse visa Received a letter back in July about completing the DS-260, uploading civil documents, and required documents, and also paid fees, department of state website shows everything completed and no errors, all of this was submitted back in July of 2023. Does anyone know what the wait time for the applicant to receive something from nvc to schedule interview and medical? Will they send a letter via mail to set up schedule or will it be an email? Thank you
