My priority date is Dec 1 2015 and each month I m looking at the visa bulletin website to look for the date when I can actually file my AOS so i can get an authorization of work, but this date has not been moving since I start looking at it (Jan 2016). Does it anyone know how often UCSIS update this date and what to expect for the next update? Right now they only process request with priority dates prior to June 2015 for F2A...

I have a quick question: Can an F1 visa be rejected because I-130 petition was filed for me in F2A category - spouse of LPR?

My wife has a green card and currently we reside in the US. I am on E2 visa but it is about to be terminated. I am now looking for legal ways to stay in the country so that in half a year I can start the adjustment of status instead of consular processing from France.

I am considering to go back to France and apply for student F1 visa, but I am afraid it may be rejected due to the dual intent and filed I-130. Does anyone have experience with that?

Thoughts?
