How long does it take for uscis letter to arrive home btw its my Noa2.?

K1 is for people wanted to married in the US, not people that is married.

And the K3 is almost never used, I-130 is faster for IR1/CR1.

So i read i right, you are married ?

My lawyer told me to submit 2 different applications and i did and both got approved.

Hey Thats great news. Congrats. Just curious, your timeline says you are K1 PD Sept 14 but you also have a marriage date in August 2015. Are you applying for K fiance visa or an Spouse Visa CR1/IR1 (I-130 form) ???

Curious, just me trying to measure all these dates.

I'm applaying for both and both were received on september 14 2015 and approved yesterday feb 22.

Finaly approved today after waiting 5 months and 8 days. Checked online today and both apps were approved thank god for the great news hope everybody gets some news soon. GOD BLESS EVERYONE.!

My priority date was September 4. I think if you fill up your timeline this page gives you an estimation. Further if you are worrying too mich call uscis and ask for tier 2 officer maybe that will be helpful. Everyone will be approved soon, don't panic much because sooner or later they will approve. ? Hold on!!!

What is the priority date that immigration is checking as of today.? I need to get an idea on how much time i need to wait. Yes. I've even received my letter of the first notice along with the receipt number and the letter was sent from nebraska service center..and from there ive checked online but nothing else has come to me. Well recently i heard that nebraska was already processing august fillers and ill just keep waiting and but well keep following the route of 4 months of wait. Thank you.

1. Honestly, I've never heard of a petition being sent to Nebraska. Only California, Vermont, and Texas. Are you sure that's where it went?

2. You can check processing times here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

Go to the bottom where the drop down box for service centers is and find yours and check. I know it hasn't been updated since Halloween but that's probably all anyone knows unless you can find someone else at that service center.

3. I recommend making a timeline so we can get an idea of your case and better understand and therefore help you

I don't want to start an argument, but your lawyer is misinformed. One of the basic requirements for a K-1 visa is that you are current not legally married and that you are free to marry. Anyone here will tell you this. Sorry.

yes. i knoe but form I-129f has to do with the visa for married couples to bring their wife faster. but thanks for the help really appreciate it.

We sent ours in on September 14th 2015. Not only have we been approved, but we've gone through NVC but I've done my medical and scheduled my interview.

Also, if she's your wife - you won't be able to get K-1 visa... if you're already married. The K-1 is for a fiance(e). I know you've applied for both but that might be confusing for them...

thanks for the reply but i was told by my lawyer that even though i was married i could still get the k1 visa for faster process to bring my wife meanwhile she can stay with me and wait for the green card.

I have seen more that has there case gone to NVC and they seem to go pretty fast.

My self have the case at NVC and i have gotten to part where i have to mail papers to NVC and i hope to get that done soon.

being 17 should not matter. Call USCIS, it shouldn't take that long.

Thank you for your reply. I've contact USCIS but they just tell me its on process and I wanted to see if other fillers close to my date have been approved or not. supposedly this visa process was fast and I really need an answer btw I was sent to the nebraska service center.

Hello everybody so I need some help. I filled forms I-129f and I-130 to bring my wife and everything was received on september 14, 2015 and days later i received my receipt numbers but nothing has happened since then. I would really appreciate some type of help. Also I don't know if my age matters but im 17 and don't know if that makes a big difference. Hope someone can help me.
