I just wanna ask you guys something

If im having my baby soon in Charleston WV how much time does it take for the birth certificate to come out ?!

What if we dont know the date of birth of the father and mother ?!

What form are you filling out?

The ds-260 I just filled out had that question as well, and then it asked if the father is still alive. My guess would be you put his last permanent address and then check that he is deceased on the question below that.

Im applying for my spouse and his father is dead and they are asking for his father's residency ' what should we write ?

I mean should i send it with the I-130 form at the early stages ?!

Is it a must to submit the G-325A form with the I-130 form?

When do i have to pay the fees when submitting the I130

If i submited the application after the expiry date of the form , it can be accepted ?!
