Thank you for the answers and sorry for the confusion. Yes my k2 doesnt have a visa yet. He needs to do his medical and interview.  Just worried because my visa will expired May 2020 and we just submitted our AOS packet this month. I dont want to file I-130 and start all over again. I am planning to schedule him for medical and interview next year March. 

So if they will give him a visa it will be 6months valitdy from his medical date..  meaning he can still fly to the US June or july. My visa expiration will not be a problem then. Thank you all

I am in the US now . My Visa issued November 15, 2019 and expired May 11, 2020. 

I have a k2 to follow.  I want to bring him here before his K2 expires. My question is: 

When is the expiration of my k2 is it May 11 2020?

hi i know this is an old post but i want to know if you were approved to expedite the process? If yes how long ? what stage are you when you requested it?

Fiance (Sponsor) has a metastatic kidney cancer. He will have a bone scan on the 12th and a surgery on the 15th of August.. Praying that it didnt spread to any parts of his body and a successful surgery as well. 🙏

My F last year had his kidney removed due to tumor ...today we found out the tumor came back.....

We are going to start our K1 visa this month. 

My Fiance Live Birth is " John David II" but all of his documents like ITR, divorce decree, plane tickets, passport, ACR card, police clearance, etc is " John David". 

What I'm going to follow when I put his name on the form I-129F ....Example: If i will use  "John David II" is it okay that i will put the "John David " under Other Names Used?

He has 2 ACR cards the old one and the new one ,   PLDT  subscription for more than 2 years under his name, motorbike registration under his name , passport stamps and tickets... 

How long you've been married before you start the DCF procesS?

Are we qualified to apply for DCF if we are newlywed? Example scenario:  we got married a month ago.. But he lives in the Philippines most of the time for three years.. Example: 5 months here then 1 month US then come back and stay another 5 months but during that time we are still bf/gf...I heard that you need to stay for 6 months ...I dunno if does counts the months that he stayed here when we are not yet married....

 the "at least 6 months requirements" is that after the wedding?

I am almost done with my annulment here in the Philippines, if ever i will get the final papers from PSA. I will be still using my married name If we file the K1 visa.  Since there is no Annulled option, what I am going to choose Single or Married? I hope you will help me.

During the process of his divorce his ex wife filed a domestic violence and he was found guilty and went to jail for 2 days...He still have a record for DV. i know him for a long time and he came to visit me here many times in the Philippines. We just want to know if its possible for us to apply for K1 visa or K3 if possible. He also wants to know if he is allowed to sponsor me or it will be denied because of this DV record?
