Hello Jawaree I was thinking it could be a they have mistaken him for someone else that did something. But he has never been arrested he have a clean record. I am just a little worried cause you never know what you are getting when you are dealing with Immigration so its scary.

Hello I also have a question in regard to administrative action. in September 2015 I received an approval letter from USCIS. Then my information was send to NVC. Payed the $120 fee, sent in affidavit of support. When I was about to pay the last fee and summit the last paper work it said that my information was sent back to USCIS for administrative action. Can anyone tell me what might be wrong everything seem like it was fine am so confused. Why would they send back my information.
