Got my card in the mail today no tracking number was on the envelope. So if anyone's still waiting for their cards to be delivered check your mailbox.

Just received the "new card being produced" notification think things are moving at Potomac!! Onto citizenship next!

Yes filed jointly and sent quite alot of evidence no RFEs so far, I haven't applied for N-400 yet thats my next goal once ive saved up a bit more.

Congrautlations!! Mine was transferred from CA to Potomac 35 days ago so I'm hoping to hear something soon.

I've just received notification that my case has been transferred to Potomac from the California service center. I filed in Oct 2018

Last week I got notification that my case has been transferred and the new office has jurisdiction, I received the letter today and my case is now in Virginia.

Has anyone else had their cases go there? My case originally was in California

I’m not sure if they are using my old biometrics as I’ve not seen That message before but hopefully they do use them, I’ve not changed much in 2 years!

 I use an app called “case tracker” from the Apple App Store, I saved my case number on it and it updates me everytime there is an update.

Just received this update.... has anyone else? Does this mean I do not need to complete biometrics again?

I got my NOA1 today and 18 month extension letter. I sent my package to Arizona on September 29th and got my e-notification October 4th.

ive just noticed in the top right hand corner it has my name down for beneficiary and petitioner is this correct?

My check was cashed today and just got text confirmation with my receipt number

I just mailed my packet off today, I think I may have gone overboard but I’d rather send enough than not enough. It should arrive at the Phoenix lockbox on Tuesday.

My window for my ROC opens next Saturday and I plan to send it off that day, I’ve been working on my paperwork but just wanted to ask if you think this is enough evidence so far?

• Rental agreements for 2016, 17 and 18 showing both names and address, signed by both of us.
• Vet bills for our cats in both names with address and paid for by our joint account.
• Current joint bank account statements (quarterly).
• Joint savings account with quarterly statements.
• Car insurance cards for 2 cars and bill in both names
• Wife 401k has me as beneficiary and I have her as my beneficiary on my 401K.
• Photos, flight tickets and Airbnb and other receipts from trip to England may 2017
• Airbnb receipts from trips to California for anniversary/ weekend away.
• Photos of us with both families.
• Cards/ letters addressed to both of us from our friends and families.
• Joint tax returns my wife’s 2015 tax return which she filed by herself then 2016 and 2017 which were filed jointly.

We have our own health insurance through our own work places as it’s cheaper, should I mention this or post copies of our own health insurance cards? I was on my wife’s for the first year I moved here and still have the card shall I send a copy of that in stating this?

Also neither of us have a will or anything yet but we are thinking of doing something like this soon, would that help?

Is there anything else I should include?

Hello Everyone!

its been a while since I was here last but I just wondered if people could help me.

My 2 year greencard expires in December and according to the USCIS calculator the 90 day window opens in September.

I am traveling back to the UK in October to see family and I was just wondering should I send my application as soon as the 90 day window opens or should I wait till I get back from the UK in October, I just worry about getting a biometrics appointment for when I’m out of town.

 I've been here over a year now and I moved from the UK, me and my partner (same sex couple) have just celebrated our one year wedding anniversary.

I've found it hard to get around as I didn't have my driving licence here till recently and now we are looking to get a 2nd car and I'm waiting to be put on the auto insurance so I'm still not much further forward it sucks not being able to just get into the car and drive somewhere.

I feel very stuck right now as I've not made many friends at my work as they all have their own groups and gossip all the time which isn't very nice.

I am looking for another job but don't feel like I have any support from my wife or her family, my wife had lots of support from her family when applying for jobs with her mum sending her links for jobs, looking at her resume, cover letters etc but not even my wife has helped me with anything I've just done it all myself, she takes me to interviews and tries to sound happy for me but I almost feel that she isn't bothered. 

I feel like I gave up so much to be here and I'm just on my own fighting my own battles, my wife's family get all excited when she's there and they are nice and everything but I feel like the odd one out,  last night I got told at a family party that I'm antisocial and boring just because I was tired having being at work at 5am and did a 9 hour shift.

Id love to make new friends, maybe join some local groups like a craft or photography group or something so I can get out, explore and meet new people!

(Sorry if my post sounds a bit down, I'm trying my best to stay positive and plod on!)

I didn't know the best place to put this but since it's UK related I'll add it here!

I go home to the UK in 2 days! I'm so excited, I have a 2 year Greencard, I am going with my wife, sister in law and mum in law. 

When we land at Heathrow through customs, I know I can go through the gates as I have a UK passport and my wife and her family will have to go through the none EU line, would I have to wait a while for them to come through if I go through the electronic gates? Could I wait in line with them in the none EU line?

What have other couples done when they've gone back to the UK?

Sorry I haven't replied to this thread recently I've been super busy.

Ok so in 3 weeks we are off back to England to visit my family and the plan is for me to drive whilst we are there, where I live is quite rural and family are dotted around so someone needs to drive!  We are looking at renting a car from a local town from Enterprise (if anyone has any experiences about them can you let me know please.)

Ive been having driving lessons for the last few weeks I've done 9 hours with my instructor and a lot with my wife, I have my driving test next week so I'm hoping I'll pass, there are a few little things to work on but fingers crossed I can be confident and pass  I'll update and let you know how I get on.
