  1. Hello my husband and I applied for removal of conditions on 01/25/2022. On 08/20/2022 we applied for N400 based on marriage and the same day we got the documents staying they are going to use the same fingerprints ! On Saturday 9/3/2022 we checked the all and it said that INTERVIEWED WAS SCHEDULE FOR OCTOBER 12 for N400. My question is what comes now with I751 … I haven’t see any movement on that application and it has been 223 days ! Any help

  2. Little atore About us ...

We are a gay couple ( two guys ) That met few years ago and decided to start dating . Last year we got engaged and started the process for K1 which we filled on January of 15 and got our visa approved on August 3. My fiancé at the time was a resident of general surgery in Cuba and I am a ER nurse in the USA . He requested permission to travel and was denied. He was supposed to get out of Cuba before February 2 of 2017 and since Cuba regulated all 4 year resident and specialist of certain medical career such as surgery .. He was regulated by immigration and couldn't come during the time his visa was active . As a consequence , my fiancé resigned to his career two weeks before graduating as a general surgeon and works as primary care physician in a mini clinic . We are doing the process  again due to our K-1 does not grant prorrogra. We were told by the embassy to do the process again .. My question is .. What are my chances ?? Has anyone experience something similar like this before ? Any words or any thoughts  please reply .. we have a very good case and we did excellent in our 2 minutes interview which the embassy was very happy .. We were the only gay couple there .. I am excited but scared .. Gay marriage does not exist in Cuba and this is my only way to have him close to me

  3. I was wondering how are the interviews lately at the consulate in Cuba ? Any recommendations will be appreciate it. My fiancé and I have our interview coming up soon and we are really nervous idk if we are one of the few gay couples to present such visa in Cuba ... If there are any gay visa K1 couple from Cuba please share the experience .. Thanks

  4. Hello,

I sent my papers on frida january 15, 2016 via express mail .. USCIS did not received it until tuesday afternoon because during the weekend it was closed and monday was closed too. two hours ago i received this ..

Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS California Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXXX. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.

NOW WHATS NEXT?.... any help and is this NOA 1??

  5. Hello I am new in this lovely idea of having my love one closer to me. I am cuban and gay and i am trying to bring over my cuban bf who I have dated for 2 years already. Just so you know a little bit about us, I am a nurse in miami, 25 years old. My bf is 28 years old and he is on his last year of his medical specialty which is general surgery. So to cuban eyes he is already a surgeon. Now , Last week cuba came up with the new statement saying that last year residents of #'s of different specialties and already specialists will have to ask for a permission that has to be given by the Cuban Minister of Health which make take to 5 years to get granted that persmission to travel abroad. I almost got a heart attack when i read that and called my bf and we spoke over two hours about this whole thing.. so we decided to start doing the visa fiance now and hurry the process or do it before we were thinking.. I was wondering if anyone is the same shoes..

Also, in the letter of intent to marry does my bf put our office in dallas as a filling address?

    ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED
