Hello to all sister and brother here on visa journey.. Remember me I was refused on k1 last dec.2015 becouse my ex fiances petition is stil active.. On January 2016 my fiance came back and we got married.. we are both happy.. we filed CR1 and still waiting for NOA2.. My question is my Ex fiance k1 petition he did not cancel.. is der any problem of it on my CR1 petition?. please enlighten me.. thank you so much and GOD BLESS..

Hello tahoma.. the embassy told me that my ex fiance must write cancelation letter to uscis and i must have a copy to it or just send it to my email and send it to us embassy manila by 2go.. the embassy gave me 221g 2go..

Hello ab loves my ex fiance file k1 visa before and said he will cancel the petition becouse he dont love me anymore.. then I meet my fiance now and filed fiance visa and he knows everything in my past.. we thought my ex already cancel it..

Good day everyone im here again to ask help.. I got my k1 interview with my 2 kids and the consul told me to find my ex fiance to write a cancelation letter.. I go to set 5 and the guy gave me 221g and 2go he said they will bring back my papers to uscis and when we finish send the cancelation letter my fiance must call uscis.. how long does it take to wait after we send the cancelation letter?. Do I need to do interview again?. Do we start again from the beginning processing our k1 visa?. Please enlighten me thanks and GOD BLESS..

hello everyone! i need advice... im K1 with my 2 kids during my physical exam in saint lukes the doctor ask me if i use drugs before and i tell them the truth that i use in past 2004 twice a month and i stop when i was pregnant with my youngest daughter..

2013 i use 2x (METH) again with a friend and after that i stop and decided to serve God.. i have psychological evaluation next month..

please i need advice to someone who has the same case like me.. please help me i am so worry.. TIA
