I'm having some trouble with the whole process, but wanted to ask around before going to see an attorney.
The thing is that my husband whole his life had been working under the table and is unable to sponsor me. I have a friend that is willing to do so, she has a business but for the last few years it shows a debt on her tax forms, her business is not officialy bringing her income. She owns a house though, 2 cars, she's on her own, household of 1 person, so i wonder if she still is able to sponsor me using these assets, even though her anual income is a minus?
