My name is missing from the interview letter because i am 23 now. I do qualify for CSPA i have checked it using the calculator. Should i accompany my parents to the interview? Will they allow me to come in? Anyone knows if islamabad embassy will let me give interview

How can she go to the embassy without having her name on the interview list? Will they allow her to give interview? I am facing the same thing. Should i go along in the interview? Will they let me in?

My name is not in the interview list. I doubt they will let me enter the consulate. Do u think i will be able to go in with my parents? The security will let me in?

we got our interview date a year after submitting the documents. it all depends on when the case becomes current

I did email NVC two to three times and they replied saying they have sent our case to the consulate. Any idea whether they will review the cspa and give decision there and then or keep my case on pending for a few months to review eligibility? my lawyer has prepared paperwork for CSPA which we will present it to the officer at the time of my parents interview.

My brothers IV fee was paid last year but mine was not since I was 22 then and my name did not appear to fill out DS260. On the other hand my brother did fill out all the forms and paid the fee too. My brother and I both qualify for the CSPA. Has anyone been through the same or similar situation and can help me out? Will the officer at the interview determine my eligibility and add me back in the case? Should my brother still go to the interview knowing his name is not there?
