My interview is on Wednesday 23rd Nov.. i am done with medical and just picked it up from Max New york Hospital.. i am nervous to the point i am loosing my appetite lol.. i have organized all documents.. everything is just ready.. now pray for me guys.. thank you

How long did it take for you guys to change from in transit to Ready status at CEAC site? Dhl tracker says deliver Nov 11th.

To be honest, I am not sure. I was not really keeping track. So anxious for tomorrow to come already. My husband's new police clearance arrived today, JUST in time for translation.

Interview approved. God is Awesome and visa issued (Printed) after 48 hours

So much stress. The final week. I know everything will be fine, but I am so anxious.... Interview is in 3 days.

10 days until my husband's interview... AHHH! I made a "honey-do" list already for him And I made a "GET this stuff done before husband arrives" list... OHH my word. He could be here in 44 days if he gets his visa issued.

My wife visa was approved on Nov 2! Flying in few days to get her and will be returning to states in March!

Hello all- My husband's CR1 interview is 11/17/16

I suggest not assuming it will be done in 6 weeks from scan to CC. I would assume 8 weeks to not get your hopes up.

congratulations, I myself am approaching 300 + days may I asked why yours took so long?

It took 10 months for our 130 to be approved (no RFEs). It was due to security checks. When I came in to the US earlier this year CBP questioned me and asked me questions about why I am a Muslim American woman (basically why and when did I convert). I understand their questions; however, then it slowed down the processing. I submitted so much documentation after that to show what kind of people we are in case. The day after the Ombudsman's office submitted an inquiry for us it was approved.

So I've been noticing that almost no one with the scan dates 20_30 August has got his/her completed from the NVC, correct me if i'm wrong. That really puts those including us with the scan dates of early September in quite a miserable position, don't it?

I am guessing they are processing the 18th and 19th of August cases today. Let's see who is getting CCs over the next few days. Keep your head up.. they are coming!

I did supervisor review on 9/28 and it was CC'ed on 10/11. There is hope for it to be quicker!

Yay! My husband's from Tunisia as well. We just paid the fees and are waiting for the rest of the paperwork to become available. Nice to see another American married to a Tunisian! Best of luck with the interview!

HEY! Wonderful to meet another A/T couple. Best of luck! I will update after the interview with some questions asked and etc on the US Embassy in Tunis. Thank you!! By the way- the embassy looks like they have appointments about 35 days out from CC. Also the embassy there requests that police certificates are under 3 months old at the time of the interview. Just so you know and can plan ahead. ALSO make sure your husband locates his immunization record ASAP to have it ready for his medical exam.

PS we got our P4 interview letter today too. They are getting quicker at processing things after CC. Keep up the hope!

Hey all! Today is officially our 1 year since we submitted our immigration papers for the 130. We just celebrated our 4 year anniversary on 10/1.

Today I finally got a hold of the NVC at 6:30 PM. They told me our CC was yesterday and today they scheduled our interview in Tunisia... November 17th!!!!!!!!!!!! SO SOON!

Keep your heads up. One day at a time.

Best advice, while waiting in the process. Plan ahead for the next steps (i.e. collect docs for medical and plan for life together).

Did you have a check list or did you wait so long without hearing anything from NVC?

I have waited without anything since 8/17, my scan date. I did SR on 9/28 (our 6 weeks). This week is our 1 year since submitting our 130... so many congressional and ombudsman requests later.... we hope he is here by the end of the year.

Finally Case Complete!

I saw 3 N/A this morning then I called to confirm, the agent said yes my case was complet today.

So 3 N/As in your CEAC = case complete?? I just noticed mine today as well is like this. I will call tomorrow. Our first scan date was 8/17

No case complete either and over 6 week period.

The lady that I talked to told me she will send the case to supervisor review....and...it can take up to 6 weeks.

Still waiting for a miracle here.

So sorry to hear this, Kiki! I am in the same boat right now; however, I have only been pending with them since 8/9 or so...

This month = one year since submitting our 130 and starting the process. No RFEs or anything along the way - just a lot of movement with shifting workflows to different centers. Anyways... really hoping to get our stuff sent to the embassy soon as the NVC has had over 6 weeks now.

New month! Hoping to got CC this month! Scan date 08/02! 8 weeks and 3 days and nothing of 3 N/A!

Did you call in? After 6 weeks they should tell you they are notifying a supervisor.
