I sent my AOS and my husbands supporting documents together finally last tuesday, but I have some doubts...i wish I had been more prepared. ?

start gathering your financial documents and supporting documents, and start filling out the aos. You won't be able to send until you pay fees and fill out some other forms online, but it'll be easy to send your packet right away after everything else goes through, plus it gives you time to,check and double check that you have everything.

I say call Monday and see if choice of agent is available for review

did your IV fee become available yet? I just did review on my choice of agent right now. yay now waiting for theIV fee invoice to be ready.

yes, I paid the AOS fee on Jan 1st, and it's still being processed.

If it helps....nvc received my case on December 17th and I got my case number the 30th.

Hey can you please put a link to the NVC thread you guys are at? I am so confused about how to get my package together...though I'm only on Payment #2. But I know once it's gone through they'll need the packet. And I'm so confused.

We received NoA2 by Mail One week to 10 days after we got our Case approved by USCIS. You need to plan 2 weeks until NVC receives your file and then allow them at least 3 more weeks to have a INN. The wait is long.

We are now waiting for CC. Maybe we will get it for Xmas as our financial documents was received on 11/27. They said they need 30 days to review our file. If we don't hear anything by the 12/27 then to call back. Good luck to you all.

Yes!!!!!!!! I am an August filer, 08-10-15. And I just checked the case status, and we were approved!!! Our case was in nebraska.

I have two children with my husband, the extra airfare is so expensive, so I am not so lucky to be able to see him as much as some.AND we are waiting for this lengthy process...but don't worry guys it will all be worth it. ?

Oh darn....sometimes you hear stories where cases go through...had anyone had any luck with the personal letter from congressmen?

Hello august filers...even though I am still waiting, it's encouraging to see so many success stories. My I 130 was received august 10th 2015, I had one miner set back, my noa1 was sent back because i messed up on my address, but I fixed it in September and they sent back a confirmation of change of address and I got my noa1. My case is in Nebraska ??? anyone had any luck lately???
