My fiance and I will be getting married in her country in July, and we will not have the necessary documents approved (K-3 visa) approved until January 2007 or later. Is it possible that I could have her apply for a visitor visa to allow her to come back with me after we are married in July, while we wait for the K-3 visa to be approved?? Can someone give me advice on this?
