I am not sure yet if citizenship is better than greencard. Jury Duty responsibilities and paying taxes for whole life... May be one day we decide to move Bali

I am from NYC as well. Infopass is one stop from my work. I conviniently schedule it 8.30 before work. I would not probably have done it... but 2 times I spoke to tier 1 officer and they told me different statuses. First time case was in review, second time it was still pending and noone worked on it yet.

I want to know whats going on. I am afraid they lost my case or put it on the wrong table

VSC received our documents 3 rd of April 2015. Based on VsC processing time it is still fine. But first of all VSC processing time in general not normal and also almost everyone was approved from april thread

I-751 removal of condìtions...VSC... taking forever(

Wow i thought i was the only one waiting this long. I also live in Florida too, and filed through VSC in OCT 2014. No RFE or interview letter. 16 months and still nothing

I have entered in JFK with expired green card and stamp in my passport. Officer asked me couple regular questions: how long I was away and where and after he asked me to go to small room... It was couple people there.. Another officer checked my passport with stamp in computer system and let me in. No problem, just extra 5 mins

I would like to say it helps. But it doesn't.

I submitted the service request. Got the mail - we will send you decision within 120 days. It didn't happened. I got the email 6 months later.

I went to infopass and just stamped my passport (just in case). They said looks like your documents transferred to local office. You need to wait.

Go to infopass. You will feel better (don't forget your spouse).

So I submitted service request yesterday and scheduled info pass... This is all we can do to speed up the process

Hi Everyone,

I have received Letter from USCIS this week with I-751 Appointment Interview scheduled for March 23, 2016. I do however need to leave country for about two weeks prior to this date (trip was planned in advance and I expect to be back in by March 13)

All I have now is I-551 Stamp in my passport + this letter. Do you think I might have any issues/problems on the way back to the USA as long as I get back before the interview?

My experience from June I didn't hear anything about my case from the tier2 officer. And 7 month later I got the mail with a scheduled interview.

Officers are taking they time nowadays. Its a long and patient process.

Don't stress yourself. Just wait and live your life with your spouse. You will get everything.

We've filed beginning of April 2015 in VSC. It's been long time, bunch of April dudes were already approved who filed after us... So I decided to give uscis a call and talk to tier2 officer. The officer was extremely nice and wish me good luck. But also she told me that my case is still pending in reviewing since last week. So here is a question. How long does it take officer to review your case? Did anyone have this experience before?

I also noticed in timeline Wishin-n-hopin's was approved 01.05.2016

Our documents Vermont received 04.03.2015 and still nothing.

Hurry up Vermont:) we are patiently waiting!
