we are in the process of filling out the i485.
we were just married last week.
my fiancee was going to have her name changed on her ssn.
should she get her name changed?
on the application should we use her new last name or her last name we used to file the i129f?
we also just moved. on the application for i485 should i use the new address?
how do i let the uscis know that we moved?
thankyou, any help will be appreciated.

hopefully somone in the Juarez section can help me out... i just received my letter from the juarez consulate and said i have an open appointment.
i applied for a fiancee visa. My noa2 states it is valid from 11-6-2006 to 3-5-2007. We would like to go to the interview in mid march, so i can be there in support. But according to the noa2 it is only valid until march 5. I contacted uscis i the person helping me was confused . I am still waiting to hear from the nvc. Does anyone know what the deadline of march 5 means? does my fiancee have to go to the interview before then? Or does it mean she has to enter the u.s. by march 5. i seen there was a form posted to file an extension, but if so where does it go to?
thanks, any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

I received the noa2 on NOV 7. IT STATES IT IS VALID UNTIL march 5,2007
i received yesterday, jan 23 the letter from the embassy in JUAREZ MEXICO THAT THEY HAVE MY MY PETITION
FOR A FIANCEE VISA AND I MY FIANCEE CAN COME FOR AN INTERVIEW ANYTIME NOW AS LONG
AS WE HAVE THE PAPERS THEY REQUIRE. MY FIANCEE, MONICA WANTS TO GO IN LATE march so I
can go and stay with her there and wait while she does the interview. It will be a better time for her to go.
But what does the march 5 expiration date mean on the noa2? Do we have to go before march 5 for the interview,
and/or does she have to come to the U.S. before march 3rd?
thanks for any help or comments.

i received a rfe in the mail stating they wanted my fiancee's birth certificate.
I have it but it needs to be translated. How do i go about this? can i have a friend of mine translate it?
do i have to have it signed off by the person who translates it? If a friend cannot do it is there someone i can find that will do it? since i received this rfe, does this mean they will not send anymore rfe's from my application?
Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated

Any info on the naturalization ceremony in Chicago?
After having her interview August 2017 and being approved and placed in line for an oath ceremony a week later my wife finally received her naturalization ceremony date of July 23rd at 9am at the USCIS building in chicago.
How early should we arrive?
Can we take cameras or pictues with cell phone during the ceremony?
How many people are usually becoming citizens that day?
Will there be room for myself and kids to watch/sit?
Anything else anyone can recommend?
