Alex - This may be good news to you. I found this on travel.gov. You may have the option to pick up in person. You just made it 😃. The Oath ceremonies after yours missed it !
"If you applied and requested expedited service on or before March 19, 2020, we will honor our commitment of 2-3 weeks door-to-door for expedited service. If you applied in-person at a passport agency or center on or before March 19, 2020, the passport agency or center will contact you and ask if you want to pick-up your passport in person or have it mailed to you."
(If you are applying for or renewing a U.S. passport on or after March 20, 2020, we will not offer expedited service and routine service may be delayed.)

Just now saw the court's page and it appears that my Naturalization Oath ceremony is suspended.
"In accordance with General Order No. 2020-05, all court naturalization ceremonies have been suspended up to and including May 1, 2020. Please contact Customs and Immigration Service at 1-800-375-5283 to reschedule your oath."
I am trying to reach USCIS over phone but not able to get customer service.

Congrats on getting Citizenship. My Oath is on Mar20. Just now Ohio governor announced that gatherings more than 100 people are banned. I don't know that many people show up in Oath. If it is less than 100, it probably will go on.

Good news on Oath date for you. I am wondering if Oath is usually 1 month from Interview or is there any chance it is earlier in some cases. Thanks

Unfortunately it won't be possible. If I remember correctly you stated that your Green Card anniversary is 5/9/2020. You will only be eligible to be a citizen on that date.
And usually they do not schedule your interview until you are at least 30 days off your anniversary date so you can have your interview after 5/9/2020.
A realistic timeline would be your interview in mid May and the Oath end of May to early June
Look at my timeline and you'll see.
I applied 89 days early, just like you.
