My visa was approved and I already pick-up my Visa at SM Southmall just today.

I am just worried because the brown envelope is cut on upper left side.. That I can almost see what is inside the packet like my 2x2 picture and birth certificate are visible. Is that normal? I thought that it should be sealed?

My status now is on administrative processing, is it all because SLEC did not forward the results right away? they told me on the last window that i dont have to followup with slec because they will do it internally. what would be the next status i should be waiting? i hope i get the visa soon and fly by 1st week of march. i already had seminar with cfo i just need to go back there for my sticker, i did it when i had to change my name for the passport. PAL is really expensive right now i hope i can get cheap airfares too.

not really. Xray images has this white and patchy image that sometimes conflicts with the findings. Sometimes it masks the normal image,i think SLEC are just making sure since it's their SOP and following CDC guidelines. Don't worry, all will be well.

2 months is not that long you'll never realized a month has passed and then only 1 month of waiting..

No, I did not take any vitamins. But 2 week before I had Allergic Rhinitis and Tonsillitis. Do you think that has an effect in my x-ray result?

SLEC has to follow CDC guidelines, you annual company medical does not.

Hopefully your SPUTUM will be negative in 60 days.

I had my medical last Tuesday and I was advised that I need to undergo sputum test, that the result will be released within 2 months I don't know how was that happened, for 5 years - annual medical in my company, I'm always clear with my x-ray test. Thus, I was not expecting this to happen.

I have a question, is there specific paper size required to print your Appointment Letter, SLEC Registration Letter etc.?

Also, does it really need to be 2 weeks duration from your medical to interview date as stated on SLEC Confirmation Letter?

And, I put Feb 29 interview date on SLEC Registration though this is not confirmed yet, should I need to register again just to leave the interview date blank?

Yes you can use California for your POE. For the 48 states any city that you are traveling to that you first land on American soil would be your POE.

You are a k1 applicant and im cr1 and we have different process..please try to search here as what i have read.you dont have to wait for any mails/letters.as long as you got your mnl #.you can schedule your interview,do your medical and pay the visa.

- How many days should I wait for my NVC Letter to be delivered? as advised in NVC Site, I should wait for the letter to arrived before the interview.

- Is there a way to check the address where the NVC delivered your letter? just want to make sure that they deliver it on the right address
