Finally I got my EAD and AP combo card today . am So happy. Today my status on EAD changed to card mailed but in reality that card is already been delivered to me . Now am waiting for my interview on November 21.

Today I got am emailed alert that the green card was mailed to us. Hip hip hooray! Our ead/ap applications still haven't posted as terminated which i would have expected.

I don't have a date yet. The USCIS website says "as of Oct.19th, we are ready to schedule an interview for I-485. We will send you a notice."

OK. I wish you good luck. I was tempted to call them when my application have spent 72 days but at the morning of 74th day, I got approval for EAD and AP and interview date for AOS.

If you don't hear from them on your 75th day, calm them on 76th day.

Not mine. I will need an additional interview for my I-485 applications. It would make sense to exempt all K-1 category visas.

I don't think it is a bad news at all. Some people take months to receive interview date.

And for EAD, it usually takes 3 months, so your 90 days period is Nov 4th. And also, when you do the interview, they will ask if you have received your EAD card yet?

The same thing happened to me. my status for the EAD card changed the next day but i dont think calling would change anything. It takes how long it takes and you should be happy to get your interview that soon.

I checked my AOS status today and I got this 'On October 17, 2016, we scheduled you for your interview and mailed you an interview notice for Receipt Number MSC169xxxxxx. Your interview is on November 21, 2016...'

I was expecting to see an updates on my EAD but no updates. Am kind of worry about it, it's frustrating to stay at work and not working.

Please do any one have similar experience? And I will like to know if it is still possible to approve my EAD before my interview date. Am thinking to call them and ask as well but I want to ask here first so I don't shot my self in the leg?. My priority date is August 04.

My I-765 status changed to "New Card Is Being Produced". And it's only been 62 days since they received my application.

Hello August AOS Filiers:

We just received interview appointment notice for our Adjustment of Status for marriage to K-1 Visa Fiancée. But still have heard nothing about I-765 or I-131, which was filed at same time. Here is our 3 month timeline filing Adjustment of Status:

I-485, I-765, I-131, Received Date: August 2, 2016

I-485, I-765, I-131, Notice Date: August 9, 2016

I-485, I-765, Biometrics Notice Date: August 13, 2016

Biometrics Appointment: September 1, 2016

I-485, Interview Notice Date: September 26, 2016

I-485, Interview Date: November 3, 2016

Exactly three months from filing till interview. We received no RFE's and our My Case Status remained on "Fingerprint Fee Received" until it changed to "Interview is Scheduled."

I hope this helps for those of you asking about Time Processing, and My Case Status changes.

Ok, am happy to hear that everything is going smooth for you as well. Normally I think I suppose to get my EAD in mid October , I was just impatient I guess . Someone may be lucky, that's why I asked about interview . I hope we all get our EAD on time .

Siting at home without work is killing me , I decided to call USCIS today and ask for the update about my EAD case. The lady told me that she will send notification to production department to update my case so I can know what's happening with my case. My EAD application was received in August 04 and I did my biometric on Sept 9. So let's wait and see if my call will produce productive result. I didn't want my case to be delay further so I didn't request for expedited services because I heard that If expedited service is denied that may actually delay my application process and make it slower. Now am waiting to see what will happen with my call.

Any good news in the house anybody with AOS interview experience ?

Am not sure if they will still transfer our case to local office but that's posible. I am still waiting for the interview letter, maybe when I get it I will know more.

Is the National Benefit Center the one handling your application? We have same timeline, only difference is I had my biometrics done August 31 but haven't heard anything. When I track, everything is still "Received".

Yes it is NBC. I think the process also depends on the state as well. Did you filed for AOS based on k1 visa ?

Guys so far this is my timeline:

August 16 - Package received by USCIS chicago lockbox

August 23 - Checks cashed

August 27 - NO1 mail received

Sept 13 - Biometrics appointment letter received

Sept 23 - Biometrics Appointment

October - ???

EAD should be sometime in october right? the 75th day would be around Oct 30. Hopefully its gonna be 60 days or less.

According to the USCIS AOS queue interview would be around Feb/March 2017?!
