Hello everyone, I just wanna ask about the crba certificate the fs240. I am a filipina married to my american husband and we already got my daughter's fs240 I just confuse if what should be correct in mothers name? It should be in mothers maiden name or married name because in our case the certificate shows my married name. I was just thinking maybe it should be in maiden name like in local birth certificate, but in the form filling for crba it didnt put mothers maiden name only mothers full name and im already using my married name. I just want to make sure.

But I saw that on the dfa website same with the immigration. You mean you already applied your daughter the recognition ? until now you still didnt receive the certificate?

I saw that on the dfa website and also immigration.

And they said when you apply for passport renewal the DFA needs that IC certificate.

Im worried what if in immigration airport if ever they scan my daughter philippine passport and it shows in their system no IC no. on it then maybe they question since she got US passport already last jan. 2016

I already inquired BI and they said she already consider foreign national since she's holding US passport and she got her CRBA certificate already. In the DFA she needs to get that IC from the immigration before she can apply for passport since she already drop her filipino citizenship.

Is it ok ill just look for a private lawyer here in our place and let them made the letter adress to the commissioner that Im a filipina when my daughter was born and the affidavit also that was in their checklist. Or do they have lwayer their in the immigration to do it?

I really want us to expedite our application so we can get it as soon as possible not 6 months up. Since were ready filling my visa. My daughter is already US Citizen with US passpor we applied her in manila US embassy.

Can I request to them to expedite our application? how much the fee?

So, all the letter including letter requesting early hearing will be done their in head office immigration?

Do, I need to look for a lawyer here in our place for the letter to the commissioner and affidavit? or do they have in immigration manila? how much the payment their for the lawyer for them to make it?

Now, I have concern on my marriage certificate. we are really living in Misamis Oriental but we got married in agusan del norte since my relatives live there. Now in my marriage certificate I put agusan del norte in the residence in where my mother side ancestral house was there and where we always stay for a vacation. Now my question is do I need to include agusan del norte in my residence in the form G325a? even if I only going there for a vacation like during my wedding I only stayed there for 1 month only to prepare for my wedding. According to the civil registrar there I cant get married there if I wont put agusan del norte in the residence part of the marriage certificate.

Please do help me, Im worried maybe the USCIS will get confuse.

What about in the phone no.? It only says 10 digit no.can only fit but philippine cellphone no. are 11 digits. What will I put in there?

1. Do I need to fill up this form for filling spouse visa?

2. What will I put in the province part since Im from Misamis Oriental and it wont fit on the box. How can I abbreviate it that the USCIS will accept it.

3.What about in the address part. It show's there street and number. we are only using no. and the name of the subdivision. Can I include there the name of the subdivision and the baranggay I belong or its really only the no.?

4. What about in parents birth place, my mother was not born in the city. what will I put?

Is that 100% sure?Even if my daughter was born here in the philippines? I thought they will still check for my daughter since she was born here and live here till now specially that TB is getting rampant here in the philippines, But my daughter is healthy thank God.
