I already submit 2016 tax return and i864 at embassy ?  is it any problem of my processing ? 

I need to submit my joint sponcer at embassy...after interview CO request me submit joint sponsor....for this reason i864 form need to b notarized ?

How come? How come you can have the Interview when your financial stuff is not straighten up first?
