Yodrak,
Thanks.
I received this "Visa Instructions for Fiance(e) NonImmmigrant Visa Application" which i think is classified as Packet 3. I already faxed (as asked) my DS-230-I and by now I am gathering/complying the rest of the requirements like birth/marriage/divorce certificates, police certificates, evidence of relationship, photographs, the fee of US$ 100, etc. i put them all together in one folder with my fiance's "evidence of support stuffs" and other forms required like DS-156, DS-156K (downloaded online).... i even sticked file tags to make it easier to look at each requirement as listed in that packet 3 (just trying to have them organized).
I'll rephrase my question (my post earlier) to make it better understood ... since i put all those docs in one folder, "how am i supposed to label this folder?" could i label it as
"Supporting Documents For Fiance(e)/ K-1 NonImmigrant Visa Application"
(My Name)
(My Case #)
I hope Yodrak this post makes sense this time.
Thank you,
Lilet

hi,
Im just wondering what to write for the "packet 3 folder"...
could it be
Supporting Documents For
Fiancee/ K-1 NonImmigrant Visa Application
(Name of Applicant)
(Case #)
or anyone could share the proper format for packet 3 and the order of documents?
(packet 3= requirements for interview at the embassy)
Please and thank you.

hi ...i need some brains. is there a timeline set for a foreign fiancee to fly to the US after the K1-visa is issued? Like : if K1-visa is issued by June, can i fly to the US in 3 months? the reason im asking is... my PR application is on file here in cananda and im pretty sure our K1 application will come out first. i will surely appreciate your ideas. Thanks.
