After calling 30 times in 3 weeks finally we Reach an officer who was very helpul and offeres to send the rfe content by fax. We were told that they will send a fax with the info requested, but our fax wasnt working so they text my fiance to call back today in order to fix the problem cos it was late and customer service wasnt operating at 8pm! We have to call back today again to see if they can fax it again to a new number! We just hope to get the info

Any of you is waiting for a rfe almost 3 weeks after advice on website? We are contacting congressman regarding the lost letter! Anyone else is facing same problem? Can the congressman office get the rfe letter content in our behalf by email? Any suggestion regarding this situation?

Anyone else on same situation. Someone that haven't receive a rfe letter after almos one month?

Please suggestions are welcome.. I realized we haven't answer " have your fiancé already been to usa.... " on the I-129f form! I don't know If there is something else missing! Thanks

We are still waiting and we have requested the letter again but still not asigned to any officer to resend... We are just waiting but i think they may have not send it because we received the first noa, also we called Usps and not letter a from uscis pending. They shouldnt work with ordinary mail as letter can be lost or someone ese cojos have receice oír personal information.

We haven't received our Rfe letter after 3 weeks waiting, they were supposed to send it on 21 st October but when we call Uscis customer service they just advice to wait until 20th November as stated on the uscis website, my case status! We know we have a deadline but we are clueless about the specific time we have as limit and of course we have no clue about what are reason of the RFE. Anyone can advice? Address haven't changed but over the phone they can't confirm the address where the letter has being sent. we are very frustrated and worried. thanks a lot.

i called the embassy regarding that matter before my vacation in US and they suggest to get a letter from my employer showing I have a job and I'm supposed to be back, work contract,also if u have a bank account you can show details of your savings and if are renting an appartment u can show the contract with the amount requested as guaranty. If you are student a letter from school showing u are enroll in certain programme and you will not end it untill certain date. I advised you to call the u s embassy! In the end if you are honest at custums it should be fine!
