I Have RECEIVED an email three days ago , from The Embassy here in Honduras where they tell me I have an appointment to swear !!!! and so complete the process of my immigrant visa but I have a doubt checking embassy,s appointments in the web site , mine does not appear in any list or anywhere ,no even welcome letter as they did it the first time to me any way im gonna go but I wonder if anyone has gone through something like that

I would call the National Visa Center and find out what is the status. And you can also check this link with your case number that starts with (TGG) and see if any information is updated. To get a new interview date it takes time it won't happen overnight. But it helps to check or call to see what is happening with your case.

I DID CALL THE NVC THEY SAID THE CASE IN THE EMBASSY WHERE I HAVE MY INTERVIEW I DID CALL YESTERDAY TO THE EMBASY AND THEY SAY ALL MY DOCUMENTS ARE UNDER REVIEW SO IT TAKES 6 TO 8 WEEKS TO COMPLETE CASE SO I HAVE 4 ALREADY HOPELLY IN 2 OR 4 WEEKS CASE GONNA BE COMPLETED THANKS FOR REPLAYING

its been a week since updated documents of police clearance medical exams affidavit support at the embassy in tegucigalpa how long they take to schedule an appoitment anyone knows ? please let me know is any one in the same boat !!!!

any one from honduras in the same situation as me embassy asked me for a new medical examination police clearance report and ds 260 form all that to be updated because i did all that 3 years ago so wonder now that they have all the documents updated how long they could give another interview or just ask me for my passport to stamp it any of you have idea this killing me seriously

I submitted an expedite request for my i-601 and i-212 recently.

My case status changed to request for additional evidence was mailed.

Does this mean what my expedite request was accepted? Or that more information is needed to determine if they will expedite my case?

maybe is the information they need to determine your request good luck!!!! I file those waiver you're filing too because my lawyer and the ignorance i went through about all immigration procedures took 22 months to get my waivers approved hopefully you get yours approved soon

Yea..little bit different but still almost the same situation....well my lawyer told me that it will take 2 to 4 weeks to NVC set up an app for me so I hope it can be like that...right now it's less than a week just last week we sent out this package...I really appreciate ur answer..buena suerte hermano..

The person who has to send taxes is the person requesting you from USA, so yeah, she needs to get her W2 (tax related form) from her boss, the police records you must get from the Tegucigalpa office (no other) and it is the expensive one that's very thorough. That's stuff that you give out on your interview at the Embassy, unless you've already been to your interview and those are papers you have pending with them then I guess you follow their instructions and you send them via cargo expreso, otherwise they won't release your visa or green card. Because the way you're describing things doesn't seem to be the process everyone is following here. If you can give me more info. about your case I may be able to answer more precisely.

ANY ONE IN THE SAME BOAT PLEASE LET ME KNOW ANY ADVICE

really weird cause they told me in my first interview if i got deported and i say yes the lady says i might file a waiver for deportetion and i remember exactly she asked me if ive been deported twice that way i can file 3 waivers im very sure she saids da i guess you better find a lawyer
