if in the event you end up filing for divorce gather the papers that you have, pictures, bank accounts, statements from friends, 401K documents, lease or mortgage in both names and file along with the divorce degree.
If in the event you are not all the way through with the divorce you can still file I-751 with divorce waiver and provide the final divorce decree when it is completed.
I know that what your going through is a tough situation, you can try and talk about it find out the root cause attempt to fix it, or if she will not talk to you file what you need to on our own. Just do not sit by and not collect what evidence you can get to now.
Ok thank you some much for helping I m trying to put my life together she was and still my life idk what to do without her

you can still file for ROC with a divorce waiver, as long as you can prove you entered into the marriage in good faith.
United States Government knows that marriages sometimes fail.
How can I prove it our marriage was just fine she did not even give me a clue on what’s is going on or why she want leave me should I file for a 10 years green card or do I have to for file for this ROC and if so when ? I really appreciate the help I m desperate.

Looks like you came on a K1 visa - your eligibility category is c9 - things that verify your bona fide good faith marriage and building a life together.
Thanks for your answer but i was wondering what kinda of document i can provide to prove that ?

If you had a medical performed before your entrance to the US, you can just submit the ds3025 (vac-supplement)
If you did not have the medical performed or it's been longer than a year (I think?) then you will need to take the 693 to a US civil surgeon. I think there is a list somewhere on here for a listing of them depending on your area.
Costs vary.
so do you i can not get it from my doctor ?

I have been asked to provide a medical examination (form I-693) and a vaccination supplement do I get this from a civil surgeon ? Is it okay if i get it from my doctor he is an an MD?
and how much does is cost?
Does anyone know about this ?

1. How long did you submit I-485? If it is more than 1 year, you have to submit an updated I-693, just go to your civil surgeon and tell them to update it to current.
2. I-512 is advance parole, you applied for I-131 then AP is called I-512. Disregard it if you don't have it, it is a general letter anyway.
3. At interview stage, don't worry about cosponsor or sponsor requirements anymore.
4. Everything you can gather, both names preferred. Insurance, Bills, banking, mortrage, car titles...
5. Patience and faith, confidence are needed.
Good luck.
Thank you so much

You can put in a request for a status update by calling the customer service line. What does your online status say? Ready to be interviewed?
Its says ''we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number #. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you''

I come to the usa on a k1 visa i got married within 90 days and then i sent the AOS papers and i m gonna do my biometrics soon but I think my visa will expire before i get my green card i want know if that is okay and if not what should i do ??
-
Strange that they asked you to bring passport photos to your biometrics appointment. The purpose of that appointment is to take your fingerprints and photo.
Your letter asks for more than just the appointment letter and a photo ID?
sorry i was wrong they asked for photo identification suck as passport or driver licenses and they ask to bring the appointment notice and that's all they did not ask for anything else
-
I m gonna have my biometrics interview soon they told me i need to bring photos i want know is it a passport photo or not ? and can anybody tell me how long does it take before i get my green card any help will be appreciated does it take like 3 or 6 months is it really that long ?
