How much longer are you abroad for?  I would suggest another online request and a bunch of follow up calls until they mail it, and then have someone FedEx it to you.

I have been in the Philiplines for 3 months now, and i will,absolutely do that.

I know i shouldnt have left. I did ask for the stamp though but he wouldnt give me that time.

I contacted USCIS Manila via email, and they told me i MAYBE eligible to apply for I-131A.  I am not 100% sure though.

I had it before but not this time...just the X-Ray.

Hi everyone,

I did my medical examination 3 days ago. I didnt lie about my Tuberculosis history because it was 13 years ago and I am already cleared with that. The doctor called me today and said that all my medical results including my X-ray are normal but he sent an email to the US Embassy (dont know what is the e-mail is all about) and he is just waiting for the reply and that he will call me once my results are ready for pick up.

I am so worried now if it is really a big issue when it comes to Tuberculosis. I really don't know what to do.

In case i obtain (hopefully) my k1 visa, I'm planning to go back to Philippines to spend some time with my family and fly to US with my k1 visa from there. We got the USCIS Approval (NOA2) on December 8, 2015. Its been 3 weeks now but we haven't got any response yet from NVC i.e. received date, case no. etc...

I wonder what is going on now.

A: K-1 and K-3 applicants must pay a US $350.00 non-immigrant (visitor) K visa application fee. Please pay the $140.00 base non-immigrant visa fee at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi prior to the interview, the remaining $210.00 fee is to be paid at the Embassy on the date of interview. Is this statement true?

I am from United Arab Emirates, i just have one question about the I-129F.

In I-129F there's a question saying "Your fiance(e) will apply for a visa abroad at the American embassy or consulate at":

36.a. City or Town

I put Dubai because there’s US Consulate in Dubai, but just recently i came to know that all immigrant visas are being processed in Abu Dhabi Embassy only. Do you think there is an effect on our petition that I put Dubai Consulate instead of Abu Dhabi Embassy?
