  1. @sadamevans

if i may ask, did they tell you after your interview to register your delivery address online? when and how did you register it? [/background.

I had to edit this...yes, i was asked to register my delivery address and i told her that i already did. I registered my address when i created my profile on ustraveldocs.

i have registered mine before interview, it's in the printed interview appointment confirmation though which is not in the website now..

Same with me. I understand your worries as i did too after my interview. Just rest your mind and dont worry about it, as ling as you did not edit your profile and just leave it as it is...?

Hi, thanks for your response. I really appreciate it. I do hope mine is still there, too. Getting really crazy now.. lol Thanks again and God bless

    You are welcome. ?
  2. Hi,

I am confused and more worried now, before interview on September 20, 2016 and a day after it, i still saw my delivery address (2go) in ustraveldocs.ph website and it was also in my printed interview appointment confirmation but now when i log in ustraveldocs.ph, my dashboard is empty as well as the delivery address, what does it mean? I wasn't told by US embassy Manila to register my delivery address but issued 221g due to lack of docs (cenomar), i just thought of checking it.

Should i be worried? Is this a big problem? What should i do?

What does this empty dashboard mean?

Should i register my delivery address again and how do i register it (k1)?

P.S. I tried registering it again on website but it scared me so i stopped. I saw three options under new appointment from the website but i already had my interview and no need for a new appointment. I didn't continue it but the dashboard showing me the stage i left of. I chose register delivery from the 3 options. I'm in K1 visa application. Please help me. I would really appreciate it.

It's not a problem. My dashboard went blank too after my interview. I called usem call center and asked about it and was told my delivery address was still there. After my visa status changed to issued, the delivery information at ustraveldocs was updated again but this time it was informing me that my passport was being processed for delivery.

I guess that's normal so don't worry yourself too much about it, or you can call usem to make sure that your address is still registered on their website. Goodluck?

  3.

was it the facility in Manila? they are usually faster since it is manila.

Yep, it's in Pasig. i just called NSO hotline and inquired regarding the processing days and they said it will take 3-4 days. If you need help on Monday, let me know. Goodluck?

  4. When i requested for my cenomar the second time, i came back the next day to pick it up because it was their fault but i was told to keep it a secret so i am assuming that the re do will also take 3 days just like the normal releasing for Cenomar.

  5. From the moment i wake up till the moment i go to sleep, including when i wake up in middle of night, i check every couple hours at the following tracking sites...

Your fiancee's Cncc is already at the embassy. After i tracked mine, i called the us embassy call center and gave them the date of the PC's delivery to them and they escalated my case to post. It took 11 days for my visa issuance after interview date. You can also try to take a screenshot of the philpost history and send it to them just like i did.

Hope your visa will be issued soon.

  6. Provided your interview didn't result in an RFE or 221g (they would have told you at the interview), on average in Philippines takes about 3-5 business days for visas to be issued, but I have seen it take up to 10 business days (2 weeks). It takes an additional 1-7 days for delivery depending on the delivery location you specified, which is why most people in Philippines just request to send it to 2GO Mall of Asia walking distance from the US embassy.

We have been in AP for 39 days, our embassy interview was August 9, our interview resulted in AP 221g till they receive the Hong Kong police clearance which was ordered 31 days ago. The Hongkong post tracking number shows it arrived in Philippines 11 days ago, doesnt say if it was delivered but i think not because the status is still "Item has arrived at destination office", meaning its still at the delivery courier office and has not been delivered to the embassy. I'm going to email Manila embassy today to ask if they received it, maybe the Hongkong post hasn't updated the delivery.

When was the last time you track the mail? Your timeline says it arrived at the delivery office on the 9th. Mine took 12 days before it was received by the embassy.

  7. Both countries at this post say they have mailed them finally, Singapore on the 13th and Singapore gave us a tracking number last night. Doha says it was mailed on the 8th. Every days I have sent an email asking for a tracking number and every day I get no response from Doha. We are mailing as high as the minister of the interior but still no one from bottom to top will respond. We have no clue how long registered mail takes to get from either city to Manila so we wait ... and I guess Bhel ordered three long Island ice teas from Queen Dory yesterday lol

Oh, that's good to hear that both have mailed the PCs but the Doha part is not working as you would like it to. Doesn't your fiancee have any friends in Doha who could help her get the tracking number for her! Hope she's not drowning herself with the long island iced tea though??

I hope you will get them soon.

  8. Pain is subjective and each of our waits hurts us individually all we can to is validate eachother pain and try to be supportive, I just had to tell the woman of my dreams I have to reschedule her flight home for the second time. She should have flown home with me 8/30, when she couldn't we set the flight for 9/28 and now I have to set it out to 10/12 and hope. You wait will seem like forever, just like ours, but at least you know there are others out here going through the same pain and we can take care of eachother.

    Doha and Singapore

Oh, Im sorry things didnt go according to your plan. I know how disappointing this waiting is sometimes and my fiance just taught me to do something good to other vjers out here by encouraging and helping them with their inquiries. It works, helps ease my disappointment and impatience?

About your fiancee's PC, have they issued her yet?

we waited close to a month

Im sorry. You're on AP too?

  9. Thank you all guys for sharing and the advice. I know I need to be more patient in this waiting game of visa issuance but I can't help feeling disappointed and impatient sometimes especially when I've read here about the status pattern...Ready---->Admistrative Processing----->Ready(case is open)------Admistrative Processing----->Issued( but didn't happen yet).Am I right? Anyways, I am done checking today as embassy is closed already.

    At Aaron1984, Congratulations and Goodluck!
