Thanks for your reply and advise, NVC accepted my kids case for expedition last week and as the NVC case status it's ready for an interview at AUH embassy

Now I am just thinking how much time they will take for giving us an interview date! I have sent an email to embassy too but no reply! I am worried As kids UAE residence visa will expire on 12 August 2016. For applying new UAE residence visa I have to be in UAE and it will take Weeks time for getting renewed visa. Which will not help me in future at all.

I got my CR1 visa in January 2016 and unfortunately my 2 kids age 16 and 15 petitions got approved last week only.

I am living in UAE as a permenant residence and my kids are under my sponsorship.

As per CR1 visa validity I have to travel by end of May 2016, but as my kids petition got approved last week so I am not sure wether NVC will schedule their interview by May 2016 or not.

I need to know do my presence is mandatory with them for an interview, more then that I can't leave them alone here can anybody help me how to proceed further! Looking forward for kind support

Yes You can request for expedition at NVC stage as you already got petition approval

Due to lack of some information my husband applied my visa and kids immigrant visa together and submitted only 1 I-130 form for all of us ( me, my daughter and my son)

We have received notification and we have submitted separate I-130 forms in last September 2015 for both kids

Now last week I have received my visa which is valid till 1 June 2016 and on the other hand my kids petitions are still under process with USCIS

Can anybody help us that how we can ask for expedition of the petition process because if fortunately they will get approval by end of March 2016 so I will left with only 2 months with NVC processing.

Or is it possible I can visit US for 2 to 3 days and come back till I get my kids visa in hand

I can't leave my kids with friend alone for more then 3 days

yes I know but I am just wondering wether they will return my passport with visa or without cause still it's under administrative processing

I had my interview today morning at Abu Dhabi consulate and due to lack of sleep and tiredness I just got confuse and replied and mentioned incorrect marriage date to the visa counselor I.e. It was 29 Jan 2015 but for some really stupid unknown reason I have mentioned 29 Jan 2014.

I am just thinking will it effect my visa issuance? Is anybody gone through with same situation and got the visa issued or had difficulties and further processing.

They have asked me to come on 14 Jan 2016 for collection of passport, earlier for the K1 visa they took one week for issuance of visa and this time only 2 days so I am just scared.

Please anybody can help me

My Fianace got his passport today with the K1 visa on it... yaaaayyyyy soo happyy,, finallly my love will be with me soon and for ever... best feeling ever..

Does anyone know the approximate date will arrive this in UAE

Also approximate date i will get a schedule for a an interview?

NYC will take minimum 30 days to review all the documents received from USCIS

Once NYC will approve your case they will send you notification and invoice after 30 days

"Yes, that is the generic message "AT NVC" Your petition is with their premises and has not been forwarded yet to the US Consulate. They are still reviewing your papers which usually takes 30-60 days.

It can take months for interviews sometimes. I remember Egyptians were waiting 8 months for interviews a year or so ago. You just have to be patient.

8 months? Quite lengthy!

At least be patient is the only choice we have right now instead of any other worry which is a good sign!!

I have been seeing the same thing every time I have checked, however at the top of the box that pops up it says "At NVC" so I assumed that was all the detail I was going to get out of them without calling. The first few times I checked I didn't notice that at the top and I was a little irked it was telling me to do something I had already done. Maybe you should see what the top of the box says and if that is consistent with what you believe your status to be, otherwise I would call.

It's still same at NVC, sitting doing something!

I have checked the spreadsheet of "January 2016 interview schedule"

available at VJ and found that some people already have interview dates those who got approval same week as mine! Even one from my country got interview date! Strange but that's how it is so I am just waiting!! I have called twice and got same reply we don't know exactly about interview date we are trying to schedule with your embassy

I see the same. NVC and its mysterious ways! Could be a technical glitch.

I hope so! No wonder if they need some more fees or documents it will be a heart attack for me

We have received email last month that NVC will schedule my interview soon, as they have received all the required documents and my case is complete.

But today when I have checked the CEAC website they have mentioned we have to follow six steps again to complete the process, can anybody tell me why they need us to perform all the steps again.

Same here!!! Everyday wait is killing!! I am also praying to get interview date in December! Let's see

No time frame my dear it's minimum 30 days up to 90 days to get interview date!! Differ for every single case! So just be patience and wait

December 29th. We were hoping for an earlier date. I'll talk to the embassy on Monday and will try to reschedule it. I really hope they will be able to change it.
