Guys....i got interview date for 5th Jan...pd is july 28th...cc was 21st august.,,

I mean one cannot receive IL as of today's date 20th November. CR1/IR1 will be scheduled first before F2a category. They haven't started getting IL, so he should calm down.

Im pretty sure Prince2togo is relaxed. He was just aking if anyone received IL yet. I would ask too.

Did you call every week ...

I call everyday, morning and evening. Updates from the NVC operators lessens my agony. They say that normally its 30 days but not including weekends and holidays. I got CC 30 days with holiday and weekends.

HI ALL.

Im a US LPR petiitoning my spouse who is a foreign worker in Canada. My husband's case is being forwarded in Montreal, after submitting all the docs and almost complete I was asked to provide his legal papers in Canada that is valid for 6 months the time it was received in NVC. To be exact, the validity of his papers the time I sent and they received it is 5 months and 18 days. Do they give considerations? If not does it mean he will be sent back home in PHILIPPINES? Are there other options? Thanks much all.
