should i e mail the csc? but i couldnt find any e mail address from them.....? :(

kor is anybkody in a same situation? are we not the only ones? i would be already happy if i would know, they received it at least!

please, what can we do???? :help:

Hey man we have been waiting since april 13th 2006 that is when we got our 2nd noa and we still havent had our petition recieved at the NVC yet, so I know EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL. It's killing my fiance and I as well and I am considering quitting my job and going to her side because this wait is RIDICULOUS. I don't know what to tell you but on tuesday I am going to call USCIS over and over until someone helps me, because NVC cant help, because they dont have our petition.

  2. Hey i just have one quick question. I was going to leave my job and go be with my fiance for the remainder of the wait until she got her K-1 visa. She's already been approved and everything, and i wanted to go to her and wait with her for the rest of the process but my job will only give me 2 weeks to go see her. My dad is going to be a co-sponsor on our affidavit of support for my fiance and he makes over 80k a year. we have money in our bank accounts and things and i was just wondering if anyone knows if i do this and quit my job if that would affect the outcome of my fiance's K-1 visa approval if my dad makes plenty of money. Can someon give me their opinion?

  3. She will receive a packet from the Consulate. It will contain visa application forms, etc., and tell her all the necessary things she will require to have at the interview. One of the item will be the I134 Aff. of Support. When she has all the required docuements, she will notify the Consulate by returning the checklist. They will then prob schedule a medical and an interview.

ok so can I do that affidavit of support now? and get it ready? and then once its done do you think i could take a tourist visa and spend the remainder of this wait with her?

  4. After we recieve our 2nd noa... what does the US petitioner have to do after this? Is there anything else from here on out that the petitioner has to do in the US... or is everything else that is needed done in the foreign country?

For example the affidavit of support. when is this done? does the packet 3 tell you which affidavit of support it wants or whatever, because my thought is that since we got the 2nd noa and we are just waiting for the NVC to recieve the papers, and what not, I would just fly down there on a tourist visa and wait with my fiance until her interview day... does anyone know exactly what happens from the 2nd noa approval on? HELP PLEASE :(

  5. this is ana's fiance actually haha but yea i think about it all the time. I think about moving to brasil and learning portuguese and teaching english or something because i dont know how much longer ana and i can take this wait. we are both depressed and she has panic attacks and things its really hard to deal with. we got our second noa April 13th ... 4 weeks later.. still nothing.. so... yea. Living in brasil is always crossing my mind..
