I called them yesterday, the lady said it was done reviewing on December 31. I hope its legit because I asked them why we haven't receive any email for confirmation of case completed. I'm on queue for the interview once my PD will be current.

Its NVCs incapability. Delays in our Ds260 review, we've been calling and follow up almost daily and they couldnt give us any reason what took the delay when all our documents are correct and okay. We have no checklist, its just that NVC haven't reviewed our ds260.[/quote

Really? Maybe we are on the same boat. They sent us a checklist last October 28, the instruction was to fill up the DS260, but i was done filling it up on September 25. My husband called them and said ignore the email of the checklist and they will review it for 30 days. My husband called after 30 days, they said 45 days to review. They said all the papers are ok. The supervisor is reviewing the blah blah blah. We just need to wait. I hope it wont happen to me like 7mos. In 4 mos. now my PD will hopefully be current. My husband will call them again next week.

Does anybody here with November 2015 PD got case completed? Thank you.

I also wonder if how my documents are going through, since the checklist I've got is to fill up the DS 260 which I was done last Sept. 25. The email stated that they had reviewed our documents, so meaning it was done, only they were missed out looking my DS 260. Anyway, its a bit complicated, but the only thing i should do is of course, wait. ?

We submitted our documents on September, then on October, I have received an email with a checklist that I need to fill up the DS 260, I've finished with that thing, so they said ignore the email they will review the DS 260 for 1 month. My husband called the NVC earlier, they said it not yet finish reviewing by the sulervisor, wait for 45 days.

Hi guys! Just sharing my experience. I hope somebody could ease the anxiouness I feel. We received an email from NVC stating that they'd reviewed our doucments and something is missing out. The instruction was for my wife to fill out the DS 260, but my wife did it already. We called the NVC and the customer service said disregard the email, they will review the DS 260. What was that? We can see in the CEAC portal if the DS 260 is completed, why they will email me such thing? Thank you guys. Also is that mean that the financial and supporting documents we sent are ok since it wasn't stated any missing document? thank you again.

Call the NVC, they are the one who can only give you peace of mind of your query. Did you send evidence of your income? Its all about your AOS documents. Review what you sent to them. I'm gonna wait for 30 days if what will gonna happen to my case.

The instruction was for my wife to fill out the DS 260, but she already did it. She can't make any changes since it was done filling up. Does anyone here in the same situration? A big thanks.
