I applied for my mother in March. I got RFE in June. I mailed them more proof in couple of weeks of RFE.

I haven't got any update yet. Please help me what to do now? Its almost 2 months since I send the required proof and USCIS web page is showing same status that the RFE was mailed..

I arrived in USA in May 2016. Its almost 3 months but I haven't receive my Green card yet. I called USCIS, the operator told me to wait for 120 days after fee payment.

Is it normal?

I entered USA around one and a half months back. My green card fee $ 165 was paid twenty days before my POE. I have not received my green card yet.

1. How much time is taken by USCIS to physically issue a green card?

2. Is there any website to check the status ?

Can you send pictures of you two as you were growing up proof you lived together? If you did too libe together??

Was she always on your birth record? Maybe a certification from the birth doctor you were bore from her body?

Yes I have a lot of photos with her

yes she is my only mother,I mean no step mother etc.

My father had only one marriage and my mother also married once.

Does your birth certificate has her name on it ?

yes it has.

When I submitted mines I include my birth cert, my mother's birth cert, my mom marriage cert and my marriage cert. To make sure include any of your documents that as her name as your mother.

What I sent at the time of application was

I-130

My birth certificate

and $420

What should I now include,

it says a lot of thing like school evidence, Vacination/medical evidence which I dont have.

I have her mariage certificate, her birth certificate etc.

can i include them

Deadline is near, a prompt response will be highly appriciable.

You do NOT need a police certificate, and of course the foreign office will only attest the original documents, and you need to provide photocopies of the originals to the NVC

MOFA attest both photo copies and originals but when attesting photocopies you have to provide originals as well.

NOA 1 is nothing but just a receipt that uscis has received your case. it has a number indicating your service centre. you can check your status. just relax, after sometime you will have NOA 2 then you will go to next step.

how would we know that NVC has started the process. do they email such info as well ?

1.can a green card holder be a joint sponsor for I-864? Because most of the time a green card holder is also relying upon i-864 filled by his/her petitioner.

2.is there any requirement for blood relation while filling I-864?

1. How can i know that nvc got my case ?

2. how will i get case number and invoice number?

3. does benificiery recieve any letter from nvc regarding recieving of case at nvc?
