Hi,
I am new to this forum and new to the whole process of immigration. I and my wife were officially married in Ho Chi Minh in May of 2015. In early July, I filed the I-130 to get my wife here in the US. It has been almost 3 months now. We met each others on facebook in January of 2014. We chat with each others for several months and found out that we were match made from heaven. So I decided to meet her face to face in Vietnam during December of 2014, and we went traveling together to many places. Also, one surprising thing that happened while I was there in Vietnam was that we found out that my uncle and her uncle know each others for over 10 years, and they are neighbors. So, I think it was god's decision. Anyway, long story short, she wants to have a baby soon since she is 32 years old. I also want to have a baby with her. But since the US Consulate in Ho Chi Minh is notoriously difficult, I wonder if having a baby will negatively affect the visa process??? Will it make the visa interview more difficult????
Thank you all for any answer!!

I hope that you are still on this forum. I am now going through similar path. I want to make sure my wife pass the interview and get here to the US. We were thinking about having the baby in Vietnam. But as I research the internet, it seems that having a baby is not a guarantee that the CO will let my wife pass the interview. So my question to you is that "did you find out for sure if having the baby is not a guarantee"?
Thank you for any answer.
