Last week, we received a Request for initial evidence. We had a problem with my current last name.

Because of that, I think my case will be a 1 month delay.

It took two months for me to hear from them. Waiting can be frustrating but be patient it will come through.

Was the package delivered? You have to give at least 5 - 7 business days after your package gets delivered.

In your case, I would say probably next Monday you will receive the receipt # via Text or Email. (If you filed G1145 along with the forms)

I sent everything on 10/22 and package was delivered on 10/26, I did not receive anything until Monday 11/2.

Hello, I sent my package last Wednesday (10/28). Until today, I did not receive yet any mail/text. My check still not cashed yet.

So for the fee to be waived I need to fill i131 too? And should I include G325a and G1145 with form i765?

For form I 765 and I 131: I am sending a copy of beneficiary's passport (biographical/visa information) and the 2 pictures.

And... If I'm applying for employment authorization along with all other applications, is the fee required or not ?

if you are doing form I 131 and I 765 together with the form I 485, the fee is not required.

Also, I am sending: 1 picture of the petitioner (form I 130) and 7 pictures of beneficiary (1 for form I 130/ 2 for form I 485 / 2 for form I 131 e 2 for form I 765).

There is a topic that people said 2 pictures for each form.

You have to either update your Adobe reader or install if you don't have it http://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-information

Once you have it installed or updated, go back to the USCIS website, click on the form (PDF format) and save it to your desktop/computer. Open the file and from there it'll let you type your answers. The form will have the barcode at the bottom.

I am reviewing all my forms before send it and I another doubt appear at G 325A (filled by the US citizen): In the end ' this form is submitted in connection with an application for:

___ naturalization

___ status a permanent resident

___ other

I would like to make sure that status of permanent resident is the right choice for him also.

Also, If he does not work before 2011, should I keep in blank or write unemployed?

At google:

If the mailing address is your residence (the place where you always get your mail), you do not need to fill in the "in care of" box.
If you were living at someone else's house, then you would fill in that person's name in the "in care of" box.

I am trying to complete the I-864 document for my wife's AOS and I am finding that some of the entries required cannot be entered/edited.

In particular , I am not able to enter :

Part 5. Sponsor's Household Size

1. Provide the number you entered in Part 3., Item Number 28. - tis field does not allow an entry

Same with:

Form I864 - Part 3: My husband is sponsoring just myself. So at Part 3, item 1 - should we answer: YES?

Form I864 - Part7, item 1/10- we do not need any assets to supplement his income: can we leave in blanch? or N/A?

Form I693 - in my package should I send a copy of the form that I filled at the doctor or send the in sealed in envelope ?

Also, how many photos are in total? I count 6 in total!!

Take a picture from your smart phone or digi camera and upload it using the below tool as you can save lot of money. taking 2 photos cost $5 here in NY from Costco.

I used the below tool and crop the pic upto standard required and took it to wallgreen or CVS or Costco and got prints on 5 by 7 sheet for 16 cents.

This is a kind of question that can be a trick .... yes or no? I am not sure about the intention of this question!!!! when I got here I was normally checked by the Us Immigration as a tourist visa.
