We have the same problem with online status. It says the receipt number doesn't exist. We called USCIS and the operator told us that Vermont is backlogged, maybe they didn't have the time to update our case on their online system. It has been almost 4 months since we received our Biometrics appointment letter.

Hopefully we'll receive our approval status once they process our case.. Best of luck to all !!! very stressful situation.

I just want to share some new information with you guys. I received my Welcome Letter today and it was signed by a Supervisor from NY field office/ Federal Plaza, NY and the stamp on the envelope came from a city in Vermont. So confused, I thought my case was in CSC.. but now I am 100% positive that our case was transferred from VSC to CSC and then CSC transferred to our field office.

Hello everybody.

After a long wait I was approved today. I received a text message and email saying that my new card was ordered for production.

Just want to give you my timeline so you can can compare with yours. Good luck everybody !!! I know that ROC is very stressful.
