  1. It will show 2 N/As because NVC didn't complete your case. Your case was expedited and sent it directly to the embassy. Also when you go to the ceac website click on "check my visa application status" and log in with your case number. That's where you will see all the updates with your case status. Right now it should be showing "in transit" when it's showing "READY" that means the embassy has it. Then you can contact them for an interview date.

Thanks MrsBurgz it is saying ready so i guess i'll call them first thing tomorrow

  2. The AOS hasn't been invoiced as yet. Seems like your case # was just assigned today. Give it until tomorrow to be invoiced.

The civil docs section is useless to us right now. They might use it in the near future for the docs to be scanned in instead of mailing. Just my thought ?

Yes thats quite fine. Have you looked at the I-864EZ on the uscis.gov website? There are 3 questions asked if you can say yes to all 3 then you're good to go.

Thanks Ms. Burgz i am going to look at the Pdf Doc right away.

  3. If you are the petitioner for her, using your own earned or retirement income (w2) and she is the only person immigrating then you can use the I-864 EZ it is much simpler to fill out than the I-864. I started out with the I-864 and then I was extremely happy when I realize that there was an easier one to used. Less pages and less confusing!

Yes i am the petitioner for her, is it ok to just use my tax transcripts although i file tax jointly with her mom?
