What documents we need to include in AOS package if we have only a single sponsor?

Those who has already case completed and also those who has information regardinh how and what documents we need to send to NVC, please help me I recently submitted my DS-260 and now I have to send all aos and civil documents to NVC, I got cover sheet in welcome letter which includes a long list of documents. I just need to know that do we have to send anything original to them or photocopies works? My case category is F4. Thanks in advance.

I don't have my birth certificate and when I asked authority to issue no record certificate, they denied. Somebody please help me out from this problem,what else can I send to the NVC in order to complete my case? Will it create any negative effect on consular officer?

Guys today on IV payment portal, applicant's name was removed including all derivatives, anyone knows why it happened?

I got welcome letter informing me to start my application.

On the 1st October, 2015 , my DS-261 form was opened and I filled it on the same day. I haven't selected agent at that time, I just gave my petitioner's address for further correspondence. Then on 11th October, I clicked on complete and selected choice of agent, and this time I gave my petitioner's information as a agent and submitted again. Now I have doubt that will it create any problem in future.. Pl. Help, Thanks in advance.
