Our status at CEAC shows Issued with a status update date of 5/16/16. Does that mean the passport is on its way to the courier?

Of course after I posted last night, they emailed the Case Complete letter this morning, dated 3/23/16. I'm worried because we have a trip scheduled to Iceland from 4/29 - 5/10. If they end up scheduling this interview just before that or during the trip, we'll have to reschedule it for at least a week later in May. What would be the process to get an interview date changed if that happens?
