Can some enlighten please...i have a tattoo on my arm its my kids name..will it be an issue at the interview..i had it done after submitting the ds260 ..i dont remember them asking on the form though.

Anyone can help me out..m bit confused..do we need to do police certificate by ourself or wait for request from nvc..i have already done ds260..now need to submit documents.

What documents are required in the packet from applicants side  apart from civil documents of petitioner.

After 261 form and petitioners fees payment..what is the next step..should the fees for applicant and beneficiaries be paid before filling 260 form?? and what is an IV form should it be filled separately  for each person..confused??

Just for my info:

When they send.the welcome package through the mail to the petitioner what does it contain. Just the welcome letter 

or the COA form as well..suppose if someone doesn't wants to do online..

7th july..case open now for processing..received an email from nvc 

Its really frustrating to wait for it to happen..m 7th july 2004 still no update where as august and sept people got their welcome letter..😞😞

Yes i can see petitioner but its not invoiced yet..guess will have to wait and see

I Tried logging in with case and invoice from nvc but cant access the portal.it says not eligible for further processing at this time.can you explain please

Any member  whose priority date is in june or july got the welcome letter..please share as we can get some idea as to which dates exactly they have opened the cases.
