If I'm the Petitioner and my fiance is the Beneficiary and I help fill out DS-160 form, dose that mean I fill out my fiance (beneficiary) information or my information and let my fiance (beneficiary) click the Sign button? Please help?

Also, when we're ask to fill out the DS-160 form, dose that mean these steps such as :

-- Case arrived at Embassy...

-- Received Packet 3 with Medical Instructions and Consulate Embassy checklist via email only

have been already completed right? If those steps are not yet done with then they wouldn't ask you to fill out the DS-160, right? Those steps come before you got asked to fill out the DS-160, right? And after you complete the DS160, the next step would be waiting for and interview from the embassy, right? Can anyone help me out with this? Thank You!!!

Hi!I received a letter saying my case send to NVC and I need to wait 2-4 weeks or 30 days for the NVC to reply. Now it's almost 2 months and I still didn't get any notice from the NVC. I also emailed the NVC but still didn't have any reply back. Anyone know how long is the wait for the NVC to sent a letter or an email back to you? Is there another way to contact or reach the NVC? I tried calling their customer service number and received an automated message asking me to email my inquiry or call back later. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!!!

I sended my I-129F package on Oct. 29 and got to Lewisville TX 75067 on Oct. 30. and now is Nov. 19 and I still didn't get any news from email or mail. Do I still need to wait or is there a problem with my I-129F? Can anyone help to answer my question? Thank you.

You are a US citizen, as you need to be in order to file an I-129F petition. Your citizenship is USA. You can leave the A# blank.

I have another question to ask. On the Fiancé Letter of Intent, do I need to put down the address where it will be sent or I don't have to put down the address? And if I have to put down the address, I live in Texas, I don't know which one to put down or sent to because there is two of it. Which one is the right one to use to put down on the Letter of Intent and for filing? Please help? Thank you.

If i'm a US Citizen and was born in Thai, what should I put down on the form G-325A, on the first page on the first line where its ask about Citizenship/Nationality? Do I just put down USA/Thai or just USA or just Thai?

Another question where its list File Number after Citizenship/Nationality, what do I put down? Do I just put down my Alien Registration Number? But I'm a US Citizen, where do I go to look for that Alien Registration Number to fill it in? Or I don't need to fill it in b/c i'm a US Citizenship?
