please explain your situation in the affidavit. once you receive an RFE , please send in the divorce papers .

it is important you respond to RFE with your divorce papers.

i took the help an attorney . mine was finalized by the time i sent it out.

 . if its a divorce waiver, you should consult an attorney..

to answer your question regarding documents etc. i would atleast retain electronic copies of them at least . 

try to scan and email  as pdf so you can always have them.. google gives you 15 GB storage no cost...

For people that entered legally- like on the K visa, and havent filed for AOS causing them to be out of status- they can fall into trouble. out of status might still be able to AOS , i heard of a rule that says , if you are married to USC, illegal stay is not an issue. i dont  know its hear say..

thank you , i had no other option but to take disorderly conduct , which is not a deport able offense. i know another  guy who got in to same situation , falsely accused of the same thing. 

he been extending his GC and is able to travel . (not sure of his latest travel ) but my ex was really vindictive and not so stable person .

it is not fault of mine and i was not at home. some people do that to others.
thats the truth . wish i knew her rage when we were dating.any ways .. waiting for

been married for almost 2.5 years. 

ex filed for divorce 3 months before applying for  ROC.

i applied for ROC in July 2016. 

Biometrics done..

i was given  6 month probation with councelling. i was done with the whole thing early 

and was given an early release from probation . my Probation Officer removed it in 5.* months. 

my ex apologized and promised to go to coucneling (she never did ) and we got back together.

she filed divorce and we done.after divorce she would not stop contacting me and threatening me, 

so i even filed a police complaint to stop her to reach me . she is unstable, a moment she is nice and in a split sec she turns

waiting on ROC on Conditions. filed I751 myself without spouse. 
in 2014 my ex called cops and accused me of Domestic Violence. 
i was not even at home and i was arrested and charged with the same. 
i plead to disorderly Conduct and given 6 months anger management and probation.
we got back together and stayed and she filed for divorce a few months prior to green card extension date.
been following news and saw this Executive Order 13768 of January 25, 2017
Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States 

with this  new executive orders will that have effect on me or my case ?
i received my extension but with the new Executive orders.. i am worried

it is not a joint waiver. the divorce happened couple months prior to joint filing of my I751.(i.e before 2 years of receving my cpr).

 i filed myself for ROC.

time spent as CPR will be accrued towards citizenship right.

suppose if someone gets a cpr in  june 2014. can the person file for N400 in 

4.5 years time for citizenship . plz let me know.
