  1. if your entry was denied under 212(a)(6)© ie fraud/misrepresentation, then you should be concerned as it is a life time bar and no waiver for IR-5 category.

I did not fraud. I only remember my visa page was stamped cancelled without prejudice. I was in accompany of a friend who must have had wrong documents; i had been cleared only to be called back when she said we were together! how can i know under which section i was denied entry i have no paper on me. Do i call them before i spend on medical? Help...

  2. i was denied entry into America 2004 due to being in a company of a collegue with wrong documents, who was detained and now an American Citizen. I tried twice to get a visitors visa and was denied. I now have gotten IR-5 visa interview scheduled next month, should i be worried over visa denial? My Concern is I have a visa scheduled next month as an IR-5,was just asking if my previous denials might catch up with me?

  3. Hello,my daugher filed for me and my hubby Priority date May 8th 2014 and we just received this email this morning

"All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified. The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa."

Case was completed September 29th i suppose and my question is,do !R-5's visa interviews take a short or long time to schedule than other categories?Im from Kenya,Africa!Any help from anyone will do!

    Regards
