    Does USCIS check driving records and suspended licenses?

    I recently got my biometrics done for form i-485 and then i checked my case status and said my case is ready for an interview as of October 1, 2015. However, i went to western illinois this weekend which is 4 hours away from my house and I got an underage drinking ticket on October 3rd.I wasnt driving, just tailgating. I have to go to court and I was wondering if this will affect me in any way?

      Hi! If the court requires you to pay a penalty for the ticket, just pay it so the judge can clear you of any offense. There should not be any problem with your AOS application if you go to the hearing and settle everything.

      When did you submit your I-485 application?
