I want to ask regarding my boyfriend(father of my daughter) petition. The father of my boyfriend is a green card holder filed a petition for him months ago under F2B visa. My boyfriend wants our 7 y/o daughter to join him when he go to US. However, his father (grandfather of our daughter) did not include the name of his grandchild when he filed the petition for his son. Is that fine, is our daughter can still join him when the visa is ready , even her name is not included and she is existing when the petition was filed?
should we include now our 7 y/o illegitimate child in the petition?
