    My husband would send them from Phils to Us with no problem, however I suggest if you are bringing back in your bags make sure you "wrap them up" correctly you know what i mean. I got thru customs ok with them.but u never know especially if your bringing a lot back......good luck

    The brand is called 'Pearl white' just want to make sure she does not have a problem.

    Personally I would rather her not bring any back but she is insisting that it should not be a problem.

    How is it not relevant? Same question although the story is presented with a slightly different scenario. It's one thing if the wife took the kid outside the country and intends to keep the kid there without the father's permission - this has legal consequences. Different story here where wife went on a vacation for a month and parents want to keep her there for a while longer and husband is desperate to get his wife and kid back because he thinks it's too hard to be without them.

    hello, i would apprecaited it if i could get any feedback on my question, i have just got engaged this past july to a guy from Morocco, and we plan on getting married over there this june 2008. i have been trying to do all the reseach i can on visa and stuff rlated to the visas, i had even talked to laywers who told me that i would facce great diffculties getting my husband here after we get maried because i am 15 yearsolder than him. i even had a guy ask me if i lokked like demi moore because that was the only way i would be able to keep him . i was angry with this statement and now very discorage about it and i don't want to tell my love about it and have be come depressed about it. so if any one could help me out with any information i would appreciated. as far as that guy goes who said that about demi moore i told not every one has tolook like a super model to be in love. thank you mony, my loves name is Hassan Salhi please pray for us.     I'm going to go out on a limb here. I assume your man got the case # from his NOA1 or the back of his check.

    NOA1 = Have him scan you his NOA1

    Check = Have him show you online the back of the check.

    Quite simple.

    I just checked my email and got the message that my husbands card has been ordered!!! Crazy! I have seen no movement since June and all of a sudden this!! Maybe USCIS is getting back from vacation...

    Here is the email... Hopefully this means more cards will come for everyone who is waiting!

    Hi, good news!!! I received the email that a welcome notice was sent .... I am still trying to believe it!! It seems it was just as the IO said on the interview - they needed an extra few weeks to complete the background check. I think since I was a student here they wanted to check if I were in status all the time I was in school.

    But still WOW I really did not expected to have it go through so quickly! I was worried I was going to be big time stuck in name check just for the sake of it.

    I360 Approved..I 485 pending

    I applied to I485 on 2005, got my I360 VAWA approved and my I485 is still pending. I already contacted immigration and the case is ok and they stated that it's being processed. This case was transferred to Vermont to be processed while I360 was being processed to be done together on August 2006 and since then the only thing I've received was my i360 aPPROVAL 2 months ago.

    I asked immigration if I needed to reapply for I485 considering that I've applied while I was married and they said that no, that they would use the same application (I485)that was previsously pending. Does anybody knows anything about it?

    Please any information will be very much appreciated. :(

    You said you asked Immigration, do you mean that you spoke with the call center folks?

    If that info was given by the people at the call center i would not treat it as gospel. Make an INFOPASS appointment to find out. That would be my guess but others might have more precise

    advice.
